  2. By purchasing a video, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to make online transactions.

2. Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are displayed on the Website at the time of checkout.
  2. We accept major credit cards. Payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways.
  3. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Delivery Policy

  1. Because our products are purely digital, no physical items will be shipped.
  2. Upon successful payment, the AI video generation process will begin. The final digital video will be delivered via a download link to your provided email address or made available directly on the Website once processing is complete.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (According to Israeli Law)

We operate in compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

  1. General Rule: A consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. Digital & Custom Goods Exception: Under Israeli law, the right to cancel does not apply to "goods produced specifically for the consumer" or "information/digital content" once the service has been performed or the file has been downloaded.
  3. Our Policy: Because our videos are uniquely generated for you upon order, you may only cancel your order and receive a full refund if the AI video generation process has not yet started. Once the video has been generated or the download link has been provided, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
  4. If you experience technical issues with a corrupted file, please contact our support team for a replacement or resolution.

5. Privacy & Data Security

  1. We value your privacy. Information provided during checkout is used solely for order processing, video generation, and customer service.
