How long will it take to receive my video?
Your finished video will be delivered directly to the email address provided with your order within 3 hours of order confirmation.

What can I personalize?
You can personalize the names of the people being celebrated that appear in the video.

For videos featuring a guest artist or after-party DJ, you can also personalize the name of the artist or DJ being introduced.

How do I know the name will be pronounced correctly?
Before completing your order, you’ll be able to press Play, listen to the name pronunciation, and approve it.

Please make sure both the spelling and pronunciation are correct before completing your order, as your video will be produced based on the details you approve.

What if there’s a mistake in the name or pronunciation?
If the video you receive does not match the name or pronunciation you approved when placing your order, we’ll correct it at no additional cost.

If you decide to change a name, spelling, or pronunciation that was already approved after your order has been confirmed, the change will be subject to an additional fee.

Will my video look like the example shown on the website?
Yes. The preview shows the character, concept, and visual style of the video you selected.

Your final video will maintain the same concept and style while being personalized with the event details you provided.

Can I request additional changes?
Yes. If you’d like custom changes or adjustments beyond what is included with your selected video, please contact us.

Additional changes and customizations are available for an extra fee, depending on the request.

What format will I receive?
Your video will be delivered as an MP4 file in 16:9 format, ready to play on your event screens.

What do I do with the video once I receive it?
Simply download the MP4 file from your email and send it directly to your venue or the person responsible for the screens at your event.

We recommend sending the video to your venue in advance so their technical team can test it on the event screens before the event.

Can I change the character or video after placing my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, the selected character or video cannot be changed.

Production begins automatically as soon as your order is confirmed, so please make sure you’ve selected the right KETA before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
To provide fast delivery, our automated production process begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

Because we begin creating a personalized product specifically for your event at that point, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, subject to any cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Do I need to contact you before ordering?
